Smoked Tasmanian salmon with avocado and straw mushrooms, salmon roe and dill mayonnaise

Creamy chicken and mushroom in filo pastry with asparagus and red pepper coulis

Barbequed marinated pork belly in spiced plum sauce served with English spinach and sweet potato mash

Crumbed chicken breast Kiev filled with herb Mozzarella served with red wine and onion relish

Char-grilled sirloin with crispy kipfler potatoes with homemade jus

Jon Dory fillets tempura battered, served with thick cut chips and salad Paella, a mix of seafood on a bed of rice

Grilled Atlantic salmon fillet with scallops served with a spiced teriyaki glaze accompanied by Rocket salad and gourmet fries

Homemade white chocolate panna cotta with mango coulis

Homemade profiteroles filled with custard and drizzled with dark chocolate

Homemade sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream

Passionfruit gelato encased in chocolate and served with vanilla bean anglaise
